- Timelines:  At contract the end of the month 10% down will be due, then 5% 180 days following the sales event, followed by 5% in February 2008 and the balance at completion in Winter ’08 when the hotel opens.

- Starting price: Suites will range from studio's (starting in the mid $400,000) to one bedrooms (starting in the $600,000) to two bedroom suites (starting at $1,000,000).

- Condo Hotel: This is a true condo hotel: 100% full ownership, fee simple real estate with a world class hotel operator (Intrawest Hospitality Management) who can rent your suite out when you don't use it if you would like. The suites are intended for short term use by yourself or guests of the hotel that rent from our owners. Rental Details can legally be discussed with our rental management team at the time of doing a reservation deposit (I can’t legally speak to them as a real estate professional).
